10/20 Bacon Wrapped Jumbo Sea Scallops - 3 per skewer / 2 skewers per pack


Scallops are briny, slightly sweet and buttery with a tender texture. They taste like they come from the sea without being fishy. This shell fish takes on the seasoning that you cook them with so be prepared for a tasty dinner. In other words, scallops are succulent and delicious!


TIP: For a sweeter kick, try adding a little brown sugar to the top of scallops prior to cooking. The salty sweet combo just works!


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Thaw scallops overnight
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F. 
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over each scallop and season with pepper and kosher salt.
  5. Arrange scallops in a single layer on prepared baking sheet, giving each scallop some room to allow the bacon to crisp.
  6. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until scallop is tender and opaque and bacon is cooked through. Serve hot.
