Steaming is the best method for reheating crawfish that have already been cooked. Fill the pot with 2 to 3 cups of water along with your choice of seasoning. Lemon-pepper seasoning, Cajun seasoning, black peppercorns, bay leaves or red pepper flakes are some great options!
