JONAH CRAB RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lb Jonah crab claws or stone crab claws
Crab Shack Mustard Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons half-and-half
- 4 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon A.1. Steak Sauce
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Garlic Butter
- 1-2 cloves garlic chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter
Cocktail Sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons prepared horseradish adjust to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Steam claws for 3-4 minutes just long enough to warm them or serve them cold
Crab Shack Mustard Sauce
- Mix all ingredients together until well-combined.
- Keep refrigerated.
Garlic Butter
- add chopped garlic in small saute pan with butter, allow butter to melt and garlic to cook without letting it burn.
- serve warm
